Anaconda is an American action comedy horror film co-produced and directed by Tom Gormican, and written by Kevin Etten and Gormican. It serves as a reboot to Anaconda (1997), and is the sixth installment overall in the Anaconda film series. The film stars Paul Rudd, Jack Black, Steve Zahn, Thandiwe Newton, Daniela Melchior, and Selton Mello. The plot revolves around four childhood friends, facing a mid-life crisis, who set out to remake their favorite movie, Anaconda, in the Amazon.
